Megan is an accomplished administrator within the finance industry, experienced in providing support, communications and enhancing the effectiveness of top-tier executives. She is a composed organiser who possesses an aptitude for office management, coordination of teams and event management. She enjoys building strong relationships and working collaboratively as part of a wider team, assisting executives, and their departments and teams in achieving their goals.
Megan enjoyed a 14-year career at ANZ, which she began in 1999, providing executive assistance to the Managing Director of Corporate Finance. Subsequent roles led her to support Managing Directors of Wealth Management, Banking Products & Transaction Services and Risk businesses across ANZ, giving her high-level exposure and insight into the banking sector and enabling her to hone her administration, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
Megan joined Connected Analytics in 2014 to support business growth and create value by improving the effectiveness of the consulting group and enhancing the efficiency of internal processes and systems. In addition to managing the day-to-day administration of the business and co-ordination of various internal and external events, Megan designs and produces our Connected Analytics marketing materials. During her time at Connected Analytics, Megan has also been responsible for overseeing the transition of previously outsourced administrative processes, bringing them in-house to manage, as well as the set up our new premises.
